COMMUNITY
- Sam has deep roots in our community. Sam and Annette and their three kids aLL attended Chaffey High School in Ontario.
- Helped draft the City of Ontario's residential, commercial, and industrial zones.
- Helped bring auto dealerships to Ontario.

SAM & ONTARIO
- Ontario made a strong impact on Sam during his earlier years. After attending college, Sam returned to Ontario to open his own law practice.
- He was appointed to the Planning Commission, Elected to Ontario City Council, and appointed as the City Attorney for Ontario for 23 years.
- Negotiated and put in place the Ontario Mills Mall agreement, which brought a revenue stream of millions of sales tax dollars to Ontario.
- Sam formed the first Opera & Symphony in Ontario and is responsible for the Development Program of Recreation Centers in Ontario.
- He is an active Board Member of Casa Colina Hospital, a Re-habilitation Center
- Sam donates countless hours of work to our community to provide legal counsel to the Ontario Community Foundation.
